• OnBenchMark.com reserves its right to reject any insertion or information/data provided by the subscriber, without assigning any reason either before uploading or after uploading the vacancy details.
• OnBenchMark.com will commence providing services only upon receipt of amount/charges upfront either from subscriber or from a third party on behalf of the subscriber or until the services are provided for free of cost.
• This subscription is not transferable i.e. it is for the same person throughout the period of subscription.
• OnBenchMark.com has the right to make all such modifications/editing of profile in order to fit the profile in its database and/or data formats.
• The liability, if any, of OnBenchMark.com is limited to the extent of the amount paid by the subscriber.
• The subscriber shall be assigned password (s) by OnBenchMark.com to enable the subscriber to access all the information received through its site OnBenchMark.com, but the sole responsibility of the safe custody of the password shall be that of the subscriber and OnBenchMark.com shall not be responsible for data loss/theft or data/corruption or the wrong usage/misuse of the password and any damage or leak of information and its consequential usage by a third party. OnBenchMark.com undertakes to take all reasonable precautions at its end to ensure that there is no leakage/misuse of the password granted to the subscriber.
• The subscriber undertakes that the data/information provided by him is true and correct in all respects.

You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through the Web Site and/or the other CNPL Sites.

Because user authentication on the Internet is difficult, the OnBenchMark.com cannot and does not confirm that each user is who they claim to be. Because we do not and cannot be involved in user-to-user dealings or control the behaviour of participants on any OnBenchMark.com site, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release the OnBenchMark.com (and our agents and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential, direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

Code of Business Ethics & Conduct for the Participants

All participants accept & agree to the following Code of business ethics & conduct when transacting, either in a Free or paid capacity, with the other party:

• Business (Company looking to hire Candidate): When posting and assessing candidates from a other company or Freelancer, to not solicit the candidate directly or through any other third-party. On selecting the presented candidate by the Business/Freelancer, to agree and empanel the Business/Freelancer through a duly signed required agreement. When posting and assessing Individual Contractors directly; to enter into a clear retainer-ship or suitable agreement that clearly details the engagement terms.
• Business: When proposing a candidate for a posting made by the Client; to ensure that the candidate is on the rolls of the Partner or in the process of becoming one.
• Freelancers: When responding to posting made by the Customers, to provide true information about experience and past employments, experience including educational qualifications etc.

Policies and Pricing:

Employers as well as profile Owners that Register at our site, shall be deemed to be customers of OnBenchMark.com. Accordingly, all of our Terms and Conditions of Use, rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customers, our services, and our pricing shall apply to all those customers. We may change our policies and operating procedures at any time and without any notice to customers.

• Registering your company at OnBenchMark.com makes you a member of our community which will help you to Post a Job / Project or Deploys Bench/Unutilized Resources. Create your Virtual Team. Get connected to Freelancer & Bench/Unutilized resources of other companies without any restriction and commission.
• We provide a paid membership which consists of three different plans based on the time duration and a customized one.
• Its license to use is limited to the expiry of the subscription plan. i.e. either 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months.
• After this duration, you have to re-purchase your membership plan.

Site Policies, Modification and Severability:

• Registering your company at OnBenchMark.com makes you a member of our community. Get freelancing projects or get connected with other Freelancers. Create your Virtual Team. Get connected with the Client and other freelancers without any restriction and commission.
• We provide free membership to freelancers.

When you use our Website, we collect and store your personal information which is provided by you from time to time. Our primary goal in doing so is to provide you a safe, efficient, smooth and customized experience. This allows us to provide services and features that most likely meet your needs, and to customize our Website to make your experience safer and easier. More importantly, while doing so we collect personal information from you that we consider necessary for achieving this purpose.

Return & Refund Policy:

• OnBenchMark is providing a subscription of our product is provided for the opted package duration.
• There is no return option and thus refund of any amount full or partial is not applicable.

Cancellation Policy :

You can’t cancel your subscription once paid the amount. If there is any technical or other issues in the respective login access then OnBenchMark might consider cancellation based on the gravity of the problem.
