Key Responsibilities:

1. Refactoring Rental Logic and Architecture
   • Redesign and refactor existing rental logic to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
   • Develop robust, customer-facing logic for rental services, particularly focused on logistics business models such as ride-sharing and rental platforms (e.g., Rapido, Uber, OLA).
2. Team Integration and Collaboration
   • Work closely with the existing team to deeply understand current systems and identify areas for improvement.
   • Contribute to technical solutioning and collaborate with project management to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
3. Backend Development and Optimization
   • Implement backend solutions using TypeScript, NestJS, and Docker.
   • Optimize performance, ensure robust error handling, and enhance system reliability.
4. AWS-Driven Architecture
   • Leverage AWS Managed Services to build and deploy scalable backend systems.
   • Ensure systems are ready to handle high loads and dynamic customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience as a backend engineer with a focus on TypeScript, NestJS, Docker, and AWS.
• Proven expertise in logistics business models (e.g., ride-sharing, rentals) with a deep understanding of customer-facing logic for rentals.
• Ability to analyze, design, and refactor complex backend systems for improved scalability and maintainability.
• Experience in working within Agile teams and collaborating across technical and project management functions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with dynamic pricing engines and real-time service optimization.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and microservices-based solutions.
• Experience in managing and mentoring team members within a collaborative environment.
