We are seeking a skilled and motivated .NET Core Developer with 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing scalable and high-performance web applications using .NET Core, C#, and Web API. You will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and deploying new features and enhancements while ensuring the highest level of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and Development:
  - Develop and maintain web applications using .NET Core, C#, and Web API.
  - Design, implement, and optimize RESTful services to support application functionality.
  - Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate server-side logic with user-facing elements.
  
- Performance and Optimization:
  - Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
  - Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
  - Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.

- Testing and Deployment:
  - Write unit tests and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality.
  - Deploy applications to cloud environments, ensuring reliable and efficient operation.
  - Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure smooth CI/CD processes.

- Collaboration:
  - Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed.

- Documentation:
  - Document technical specifications and architecture.
  - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest .NET Core and C# developments and share best practices with the team.

Qualifications:

- Experience:
  - 3 years of professional experience in .NET Core and C# development.
  - Proven experience in building RESTful APIs using .NET Core Web API.
  - Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.

- Skills:
  - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
  - Proficiency in database design and development (SQL Server, Entity Framework).
  - Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
