Key Responsibilities:
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Implementation and Management:
- Develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with other business systems and third-party applications.
- Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics CRM users.
- Create and manage workflows, plugins, and custom reports within the Dynamics CRM environment.
Power BI Development and Reporting:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
- Connect Power BI to various data sources, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, to extract, transform, and visualize data.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security within Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver meaningful analytics solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities.
Collaboration and Project Management:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, marketing, and finance, to understand business needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion of projects.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power BI functionalities.
- Document processes, configurations, and workflows for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for system and process improvements and recommend innovative solutions.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal system functionality.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 - 10 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and data management principles.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
- Experience with SQL, data integration, and ETL processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
