Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Automation Tester with expertise in Salesforce, Cucumber, Node.js, and Playwright. The successful candidate will join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our software solutions. 

Cucumber, Playwright and Typescript is mandatory for the role. 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute automated test scripts for Salesforce applications using industry-standard testing frameworks and tools. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to understand software requirements and design effective test scenarios. 

• Identify, analyze, and document software defects and inconsistencies, and work closely with the development team to resolve them. 

• Continuously enhance and improve the automation testing framework, tools, and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. 

• Stay up to date with latest automation testing trends, tools, and methodologies, and propose innovative solutions to improve the overall testing strategy. 

• Conduct performance, stress, and load testing for Salesforce applications, ensuring they can handle high user volumes and perform optimally. 

• Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data to ensure maximum test coverage. 

• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure proper test coverage and coordinate testing efforts.

 

 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

• 5-8 years of experience in automation testing, specifically with Salesforce applications. 

• Solid experience with Cucumber, Node.js, and Playwright,Typescript for test automation. 

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment. 

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and integration aspects. 

• Proficient in writing efficient, maintainable, and reusable automated test scripts. 

• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and tools. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex software issues. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team- oriented environment.
