We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Marketing to join our fast-paced E-commerce company. The ideal candidate will have over 8+ years of experience in product management within the digital marketing space, specifically focusing on E-commerce platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive product development initiatives, enhance customer acquisition and retention strategies, and optimize the overall marketing performance to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the strategic product roadmap for our E-commerce platform, aligned with business goals and market trends.
  • Lead market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities and drive product innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and operations to define product features, specifications, and timelines.
  • Drive product launches and marketing campaigns, including messaging, positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to optimize product performance, user acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to iterate on product features and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to support product development and marketing efforts.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in E-commerce, digital marketing, and technology to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of 8+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in E-commerce and digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving projects from conception to launch.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.
