Technical Skills
- Advanced Python programming skills (Pandas, NumPy, Numba)
- Strong proficiency in building API and backend services (using Flask)
- Deep knowledge of SQL (Postgres, Timescaledb)
- Algorithms and data structures knowledge (understanding of crypto trading & strategies)
- Excellent debugging, analytical, problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal

Nice to have:
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails
- Event streaming systems and websocket experience
- Experience in database and application performance improvement (Hands-on experience in tuning solutions to improve performance)
- Knowledge of data optimization and caching techniques
