Have functional knowledge on Sales, Service & Community Clouds
Be able to understand the client requirements/low-level design/ user stories
Be able to implement the requirements by leveraging the OOB functionalities first, using configuration
Be able to leverage vf, Apex, Visualforce, Aura/ Lightning, LWC to develop functionalities where OOB functionalities can't be leveraged (keeping in line with Salesforce Governor
Limits)
Be
able to integrate Salesforce with other systems using Standard
Salesforce APIs as well as creating custom APIs and custom code (both in
and out of salesforce) under guidance from senior resources
Be able to own the Unit Testing of the components/ functionalities built by the individual
Must have salesforce Developer1 certification
Must have hands-on with Javascript and related frameworks
Preferably should have some exposure to system testing
Should be willing to take up automation tasks as well (We will do the on-job training & upskilling)
The candidate should be proactive in reaching out to the stakeholders for discussion/queries/communication etc.
Good to have:
Be able to create & maintain Test Classes & accomplish deployments using Change Sets / ANT
Be able to leverage Data Loader/ Import Wizard to own Data Migration activities for assigned projects
Have
a fair understanding of Agile processes and tools (JIRA) and attend
Scrum meetings and provide development progress updates on their stories
Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:
Extensive
experience in designing and developing large scale technology solutions
with substantial insights into CRM/Client technology/Salesforce
platforms.
Demonstrated proficiency in building solutions using CRM/Client technology/Salesforce
Exposure to the integration of CRM/Client technology/Salesforce with Enterprise applications
Understands
different project methodologies, project lifecycles, major phases,
dependencies and milestones within a project, and the required
documentation needs.
