Role: Functional Consultant

Description:

Project was based on leveraging OTM to manage end to end logistics of Vehicle Outbound transportation from Plant to Branch/Dealers along with Tracking.OTM platform enables collaborative logistics management. It enables collaboration with customers, BAs and partners. It helps save operational and freight costs through shipment consolidation. The platform provides 360-degree transparency through data sharing across all stakeholders. It provides seamless visibility to operations resulting in operational efficiency as well as provide analytics and MIS reports.

 

Responsibilities:      

• Co-ordinate and Lead all activities for the implementation of OTM including Setups.
• Modules worked with Order management, Shipment management, Contract and Rate management and Configuration and Administration
• Created Users, User roles, Custom Screen sets, VPD profiles and VPD context
• Created Business Model with Locations, Contacts, Contact Notifications, Service Providers, Items, Commodities, Equipment’s and their related Power Data.
• Contract and Rate Management: Rate Service, Rate Offering, Rate Record.
• Created Multi Stop, Multi-Leg, and Share of Business Shipments with Required Itinerary.
• Involved in Configuration of Planning Parameters.
• Created saved queries to select different customer orders to plan the shipments using manual Bulk plan action
• Implemented new scenarios like Retrospective Shipment and Retrospective Delivery
• Creating and modifying Automation agents to fulfill business requirements or change the workflow of existing agents.
• Experience on configuring new users, Account Policies, Menus assign it to Roles, Action Checks and Advanced layouts.
• Configured the Schedule Bulk runs for different transportation sectors like Primary Inbound, Primary outbound and Secondary Outbound
• Implemented Ocean & Land exports solution for the orders transported to other Countries via Truck and Vessel
• Business Understanding & Solution Designing with OTM Mapping.
• Responsible for Requirement gathering and solution mapping for OTM and for conducting CRPs, Key User Training and End User Training and UAT and related signoffs.
• Involve in the integration discussions, finalization of method of integration and information flow and manage timely delivery of integration.
• Scenario Configuration for business flow; outbound movement, inter unit movement, stock transfer.
• Prepared test scripts for testing the configured scenarios.
• System Functionality Testing and coordinate with technical team
• Preparation of User Manuals and BR Documents for OTM.
• Developedvarious Custom Reports.
• Post implementation Support and Maintenance of OTM solution.

Description:

This is 2-wheeler division of Mahindra, client has various locations and dealers, Project was to implement OTM to capture, plan and track end to end operations.

 

Responsibilities:

• Handled end to end implementation of OTM to capture, plan and track operations
• Requirement Gathering & process flow designing and configuration of OTM Solution.
• OTM Implementation & Integration with other Products like SAP and other external systems(GPS).
• Process flow design & OTM Mapping with Fleet Management
• OTM Trainings & Talent development
