Specialist Development Jul 16 to to June 22

 Interacted across teams to gather, understand the requirements of APIs to be developed using spring boot and also interact with other system asynchronously using RabbitMQ.

 Developed client side component using HTML, java script and jQuery to upload file on server. Store uploaded file on AmazonS3 by integrating API developed for the other project.

 Migrate IText from 5 to 7 and fixed the issue occurred during migration.

 Developed code using REST APIs to expose seller's data to other applications

 Created client side component using Swing to create and manage Deals, Ratecards.

 Debug existing modules of Ratecard and Deal to understand existing business logic for API design

 Code review, performance tuning, bug fixing and write Junit test cases.

 Mentor junior team members with the issues and queries.

Sr. Software Engineer Jul 14 to June 16

 Effort estimation, task break down and implementation for new enhancement

 Enhanced existing framework to accommodate new requirements.

 Developed client side component looks like outlook using it user can send mail.

 Migrate application to JDK8 and fixed the issue occurred during migration.

 Prepared and publish JDK8 migration guide what is best solution for the particular issue.

 Fixed rendering issues where UI (Swing) gets freeze due to inappropriate implementation. I observed that most of the places some heavy operation using EDT (event dispatch thread) while doing some action UI.

 Proposed DB/Sql changes in order to improve UI performance.

 Cleaned up backlog by fixing long pending bugs.
