Automated Production Scheduling (05/2021 – Current)

Lead data science team to stage the data on-prem data sources —> Azure DataLake containers —> Delta tables
(Bronze, silver and gold layer) —> Azure SQL server. Key role in developing Mixed Integer Programming
algorithm which creates Job - Machine matrix and schedules the jobs on the machines by selecting the target
quantities of production orders. The data staging and the MIP algorithm is built using Azure Databricks Spark
capabilities and clusters.

IoT Web application connecting shop machines to Azure cloud. The web application contains live dashboard to
display different types of OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) and Statistical analytics of the machines. Statistical
process control tool is used for statistical analytics. The real-time machine data is collected in Azure CosmosDB.
The data is transported from shop floor sensors to database using Azure Edge and Azure IoT Hub.

IoT product with Data Acquisition hardware solutions and dashboards. IoT data is collected from shop floor
machines and stored in a self-designed cloud. Cassandra is used to store machine data and PostgreSQL is used to
store relational administrative data. Live shop floor dashboards are designed in React.js to display simple machine
parameters. Cloud dashboards are designed in Angular 8 and programmed using Node.js and R. Cloud dashboards
are used to display statistical analysis and user defined KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Smart Water Tank - Academic project (12/2016 – 11/2017)

IoT based Android application to notify the water level of overhead water tanks. The water level is calculated
using ultrasonic sensor and Arduino UNO kit. An Android application is developed to display the visual image
and water level of the tank. If the water level reaches up to certain mark, then a notification is sent to Android app
users that the tank is full.
E-Commerce Analytics with MMM - Academic project

Impact and budget recommendation analysis for marketing team of an electronic E-Commerce company. Market
mix modelling is used to calculate budget and profit ratios for different marketing variables. EDA is used to
analyse different KPIs. Linear additive and multiplicative model, Distributed LAG additive and multiplicative
model and Kyock model are used for analytics. Visualisation includes EDA, model outputs and final budget
recommendations.
