The projectis to stabilise and maintain reverse logistics part of their supply chain which involves implementing new features, providing solutions to existing gaps in the system.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conducting bi-monthly reviews among several teams.
Direct interaction with client and their dealers to understand real time issues and gaps in the existing system so to reduce the impact.
Providing and implementing permanent solution for day-to-day recurring issues.
Responsible for seamless flow between ECC – CRM – EWM systems through IDocs,BDocs and Inbound/Outbound queues.
