• Responsible for the development of the custom web part, design of SharePoint Online solution to provide end users.

• Implemented webpart, extension and library component using SPFx and visual studio code.

• Analyse project needs and determine resources to meet objectives and solve problems.

• Used Client Object Model, REST Api to perform various CRUD Operations.

• Implemented workflows in SharePoint that integrated with info path forms within SharePoint.

• Altered and adjusted SharePoint templates and layouts in SharePoint. Classic template.

• Advised on alternate methods of resolving issues and recommend specific solutions.

• Created and maintained document libraries, lists, data views, workflows and other enhancements per client needs.

Project 1

Project : DMS (Document Management System)

Technology : SharePoint Online, SPFx, Power Automate

 

Overview: This is a SharePoint Online portal for documents which goes through different kinds of approval processes like review, approval, authorized and QC approved. After the document becomes the compliant. System generates the transmittal and send it to the customer for their approval. Customer provides the return code and bases on the return code system decide if they want to send the next revision. DMS also provides an interface to upload the design input from the customer. Once the system receives the design input. Project team is notified about and processed further.

 

Project 2

Project : TQ (Technical Queries)

Technology : SharePoint Online, SPFx, SharePoint Designer

Overview: Technical query is the Sub project of DMS. During the compliance process of documents submitted through DMS, if there is a query from the team, this can be raised through the TQ application. Once TQ is received it is sent to the respective team for further information and documentation gathering and responded to it in a timely manner.
