- BMC Remedy AR System Developer and Support Engineer with experience in Developing, implementing, configuring and enhancing BMC Remedy AR System based applications.
- Experience in BMC Remedy ITSM Implementation, Customization and Support.
- Experience in Configuring BMC Remedy ITSM Foundation Data using DMT.
- Experience in Configuring BMC Remedy Service Desk, Change Management, Service Level Management and Service Request Management.
- Experience in Email Engine Configuration, AD Integration, Advance Interface Forms (AIF).
- Experience in DWP, DWP Advanced, DWPC and Smart IT.
- Experience in creating spoon jobs and creating RBE Rules.
- Experience in configuring Catalogs in DWP.
- Good Knowledge of troubleshooting & Providing Root-Cause-Analysis.
