Description: The primary objective of this project is to establish a seamless connection between our Agent Portal and HubSpot CRM through API integration. This initiative aims to enable efficient data synchronization, specifically focusing on Agency and Agents information. Additionally, the integration will automatically trigger updates in HubSpot CRM in response to any changes in the Agent Portal, ensuring real-time data consistency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborated with stakeholders, including project managers, developers, and end-users, to understand the business needs and objectives of the integration.
• Created and maintained comprehensive documentation, including a detailed functional specification document (FSD). This document should outline the project scope, objectives, and specific requirements for the integration.
• Conducted walkthrough meetings, facilitate discussions with key stakeholders, development teams, and other relevant parties to review and validate the FSDs, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Analysed the gathered requirements to identify potential challenges, dependencies, and opportunities, providing insights for better project planning and execution.
• Engaged with clients to discuss project quotations, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and ensuring transparency in terms of costs and deliverables.
• Maintained regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring their involvement throughout the development lifecycle.
• Executed functional tests in the development environment to identify and rectify any issues early in the development process, ensuring a more robust and reliable final product.
• Coordinated and oversee the deployment of the software to the Quality Assurance (QA) environment, ensuring that all functionality meets the specified requirements before moving to the next phase.
