- It helps operators launch the E2E customer management and can improve handles the customer complaints at the same time fixed the software profitability.
- In Huawei Smartcare CEM was divided into different streams Probes, DPU, CAU, IMC, Hadoop, Oracle, DAC, MED, Schedule.
- A probe is a program or other device inserted at a key juncture in a network for the purpose of monitoring or collecting data about network activity.
- CAU can filter the data and push the data to the Hadoop and IMC.
- In By using IMC we can make some calculations and stored into Hadoop or Oracle. By using DAC get the data from Hadoop or Oracle and display to user.
