- Implementation & Support. Sound working experience of Supply Chain modules like Oracle
- Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO), Order Management (OM) and Manufacturing Modules Bills of
- Materials (BOM) and Work in Process (WIP). Having experience in Collecting Business
- Requirements and Process Mapping with Oracle Distribution / Manufacturing Modules. I worked with
- different industries like Industrial. Manufacturing, Trading, and IT Services.
- My responsibility as an Offshore Consultant is giving Functional support for Procurement.
- Understanding the client’s business and taking care of the business users help requests on Oracle Apps.
- Extensively worked and resolved the issues on PR and PO Approval Issues.
- Monitoring the business user’s screen to understand the issues and fixing them by guiding them to complete the process in a right way.
- Defect tracking, testing for issues fixes and closure of defects.
- Features Analysis / review and Impact of new features implementing as per business needs.
- Involved in Quarterly regression and sanity testing.
- Testing Responsive Self-Service Procurement (RSSP) for 25A.
- Involved in Supplier portal implementation – SIT and UAT Testing.
- Strong knowledge of procure to pay Approvals and workflow.
- Worked closely with the Testing automation team. Conduct demos and provide all help for
- functional. understanding of the application to build automation scripts for quarterly patch testing.
- Monitor Workday -Weekly Reconciliation to avoid PR and PO approval issues.
- Working closing with workday team to fix issues for multiple discrepancies.
- Regular Monitor of SR/OWC for the multiple Bug-Fix.
