The Application is a Child Welfare specific product. It has been built on our Eligibility Benefit Management System (EBMS) an enterprise-ready health and human services platform which allows for effective decision making across a wide spectrum of Health and Human Services. EBMS is built on a foundation of core domain experience gained from deep collaboration with clients and end-users
