Role       :  Salesforce Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Business analysis , Requirement elicitation , User Story Documentation , Requirement Verification , UAT Demo Support , Defect Validation.
• Worked in Agile Environment and continuously review the business needs , refines priorities, outlines achievements and results , and fins opportunities and risks. Backlog grooming and discussing it with product owner.
• Utilize Salesforce Einstein Analytics to create data models, dashboards, and reports for business insights and data visualization.
• Elicit and clearly document business and system requirements .Ensure process , compliance  and adherence at all the levels.
• Create data flow diagrams and training materials for internal training sessions for clients and business users to help better understand user groups and their preferred functionalities.
• Experience with Salesforce Cloud with CPQ  and have a thorough understanding of configuration of salesforce.com (workflows, validation rules, approval process etc ).
• Implemented custom objects, tabs, fields, page layout as per business requirements.
• Created and maintained user roles, profiles, and permission sets, ensuring appropriate data access and security controls.
• Identifed business needs , determined and carried out necessary processes and practices , monitoring progress and results , recognizined and capitalized on improving opportunities .
• Worked closely with Salesforce administrators, developers, and end-users to ensure seamless implementation and integration of new features and customizations.

• Created Workflows, Approval Process, sharing settings, Email alerts and Field Updates.
• Utilized Data Loader and Workbench in handling massive amounts of user Data.
• Implementing Email to Case functionality along with the Auto response rule with the help of team.

• Wrote SOQL and SOSL statements and performed the data migration task.
• Provided ongoing support to external auditors in gathering the Audit requirements such as Change Management , Apex jobs failure details , User access details etc.
• Implemented and configured Financial Force modules, including Financial Management, Billing, Revenue Management, and PSA (Professional Services Automation), tailored to the organization's unique needs.
• Participated in Audit Stories related to Financial force and Salesforce , and discussing them with External Auditors to meet the requirement.
