Project 1: Renewal Review Process

Description: Bot picks up the Expiration list placed in Sharepoint and sorts the policies and creates a task to renew the policies. Bot also helps to get all the required details (400+ fields) of each policy and updates the Database as well as the template with the policy records.

Project 2: BGV Process

Tool Used: Microsoft Power Automate Desktop, AI Builder, SQL Server

Description: The BOT access the Website and go to the section where it can access every candidate and  check the details that are provided by the candidate and the details in documents are matching or not. The documents are trained using Document Understanding and AI center and based on the percentage between the details, bot should approve it or send back to the candidate.

 

Project 3: Premium Payment Process

Tool Used: Microsoft Power Automate

Description: This scheduled BOT will help in reminding customers about their upcoming payments, by sending a reminder before two days of their due date and facilitate their payment process.

 

Project 4: Download Resume BOT and Screening downloaded Resumes BOT

Description: Inbox of HR will be loaded with bulk of Job profiles which consumes lot of time to sort. This BOT eases this effort of HR Team and avoid the repetitive task of downloading resumes for various Job profile. This BOT will help to screen the candidate's profile based on Identifying the needs of an organization by prioritizing list of job requirements, special qualifications which are needed for the selection of candidates suitable for them.
