Drupal sites are hosted in Pantheon Cloud and used Azure pipeline for development. There are Products and Recipes in sites with their Buy now implemented and online buy facilities are available there. To store Recipes contents and images in site used SRH – Smart Recipe Hub third party integration

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Giving L3 support on projects for Maggi and Mezeast .
• To find a ticket in Service Now portal / JIRA which is logged by the end user / L2 team.
• As per alloted tickets in our group, assign to ourselves and start working accordingly.
