Description: SCM is simplifies utility-customer interaction for a better customer experience. SCM has the user- friendly interface that allows customer to conveniently manage their account and perform day to day function. It is used by customers to track their day-to-day usage of energy and water consumption. SCM is also used by the utilities to alert their customers during outages or to answer simple customer service inquiries.

Responsibilities

    • Working on Talend to create jobs to load data from multiple sources to different targets.
    • Used Talend to extract the data from database to provide different type of reports.
    • Created new tables, written stored procedures and some user defined functions. Created
