Delivery Application
This requirement was for Android & iOS application. There are 3 different user roles
(application). User or Customer application where they can see categories and based on
categories they can see nearby stores. User can buy product from store and proceed with
checkout. Store will be notified and they can accept or decline order. Once accepted
delivery driver was assigned and user can see updated status along with driver tracking.
Call masking feature was also applied so that delivery driver and customer can have call
within application
Social Media/dating Application
This application is for people suffering from diseases. Users can see nearby users and can
send request to add in contact. User can like each other’s profile, people can create group
and then can create event and make post in group/events, and they can also chat
with each other
HRMS Mobile application
This requirement was for Mobile application and website as well. This is for companies
who are providing man power on contract and their staff are working on different
locations. There was integration with Face recognition system for attendance. This
calculates hourly time and based on that salary calculation was done
Call Center Solution
This requirement was for Inbound Call Center for customer support where ACD was done
using IP PBX. Along with CRM integration to show customer data and to provide details of
previous conversation which are saved by the agent
Auto Dialer Solution
This requirement was for Outbound Predictive dialer. Where Asterisk based solution was
provided and was integrated with CRM. When call was connected and was picked up then
only it was transferred to agent to improve efficiency. Agent can see details of
the customer on the screen
