Total care is a telemedicine platform that brings clinicians virtually so the patients do not have to take time off from work , drive through traffic and wait for a long time for opd waiting. Patients can share major complaints, medications, medical history, vitals, pictures and other necessary information to facilitate clinical diagnosis to make a more precise. Clinicians can readily provide care plans and follow-up reminders. Patients can also do video consultation and lab reports digitally saved in a platform where patients as well as doctors can access it. Patients fees and reports fees all options related to money are included in the account module.
