Project: | CONFEDENTIAL | Web Platform (Development & Improvement)

• Attended Client’s internal BA meetings, to flesh out additional features and functionalities that must be implemented on the existing infrastructure required to attain envisioned platform operability, which includes government compliance. 
• Acted as a liaison between the Internal Reflections team & Client’s Team.
• Attended all Refinement sessions to note base stories, connected stories, and story point conclusions. This helps with clarifications provided to the Devs after a particular story has been assigned to them.
• Created Orientation Program, which was used to onboard new resources onto the project.
• Created Training Materials, to be used by Client’s customers, in order to properly use the platform. 
• Supported in the development and roll-out of Release Notes program, which notifies the client’s customers about the latest updates / changes that they can expect after the completion of the latest sprint.
• Tracked progress of development effort, and redirected developers to the right resources to have their questions clarified.

• Identified the various Government orgs and cross-departmental government agencies that run the customs processes within the UK.
• Carried out Primary and secondary research in order to understand the customs procedures such as Import/Export declarations, prerequisites, P&R licences & regulations, CHIEF system requirements (to be replaced by Client’s Product post-Brexit) etc.
• Attended meetings setup by Client with Haulier companies in the UK to further understand the customs processes that they follow for import and export. 
• Created business documents and flows required to translate discovered content to client’s Stakeholders during product meetings.
• Attended internal Operational Readiness sessions, set to inform/advise client’s Stakeholders of the order in which Product development must take place, and troubleshoot any areas of ambiguity.
