RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the technical design and successful delivery of CPQ, CLM & QTC solutions to customers.
• Responsible for consulting, providing end-to-end solutions for all business requirements, and providing product knowledge and guidance on integrations & customizations.
• Recently responsible for the Salesforce CPQ implementation as well as Tech Debt work, for One Advanced. Overall, it was an end-to-end implementation starting from CPQ to Billing and RevRec. Involved in the solution design around product structure and pricing setup in Salesforce CPQ. Helped the team to configure and set up product and pricing as per the designed and agreed
• solution. Was also instrumental with the Tech Debt project by identifying the gaps between the existing implementation and best practices for the older existing components. Additionally, was also involved in design discussions to enrich the connectivity between Salesforce and their existing ERP as well as Salesforce and their existing billing system to take care of data going out of SF CPQ.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible to discuss various requirements around Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Apttus CPQ, X-Author Word Templates with customers to provide/design solutions for the requirements. Also took care of Technical Design Documents for various use cases around all these features. Delivered the demos to the business team for the build which is prepared by the team. Migration for CPQ-related master data from one salesforce org to another org using X-Author for Excel App. Helped the team to debug various issues while configuring various features in Apttus CPQ (Price Ruleset, Product Attribute Rules, Constraint Rules, Attribute Value Matrices, Numeric Expressions) or any error in the cart.
