Description : Aim of this Project is to perform Testing Automation & Manual on the ITSM Remedy Patches Release to Customer Environment was Using Selenium tool for Scripting Automation Testing Scripts

• Generating Test Cases (Test Scripts) using Selenium Element locators.
• Develop test cases and prioritize testing activities.
• Prepared test cases, test scenarios and test data.
• Design and develop automation scripts when needed

• Supporting incident, problem management and change management modules and templates.
• Configuring BMC remedy ITSM foundation data using data management tool creating/modifying users, and assigning permissions and functional roles
• Creating/modifying BMC Remedy creation of navigational categories, AOT, PDT and SRM
• Creating/configuring SLA and modify it as per customer requirements, including business entity

Description : The objective of this project was to implement ITSM modules and to provide Administration, installation, Migration support on BMC Remedy AR server & ITSM.

• Creating/modifying templates for incident, change management and work order through SRM
• Developing SLM for the SRDs as per customer requirements.
• Building the custom approvals for SRDs as per requirements.
• Creating/configuring Broadcast in DWP, configuring Advanced interface forms (AIFs).
• Creating/Modifying Views, Reports and customized as per customer’s requirements.
• Generating and customization AOT, PDT, SRDs and entitlements according to customer requirements.
• Creating smart reports according to the specifications provided which helped analyzing activities and responses at workplace.
