Project Name: Designer
Project Summary: Designer is a Multi Cloud Node JS web application which will help the
contact center companies to develop their own IVR applications and also using Designer we can create either voice Bot or Chat bot Applications using several providers like Google Dialog Flow, Amazon Lex, Genesys Dialog Engine. Designer also helps the customers to create Intelligent Routing to different agent available in the contact center.
My Responsibilities:
 Designing Test Cases, Execution of the test cases, Results Analyzing and reporting the bugs
 Involved in Regression Testing, Sanity and functional testing.
 Involved in Automation framework development using Cypress
 Involved in Automation Environment Setup Using Webstrom, Java Script and
Selenium WebDriver
 Developing new test scripts using selenium web driver
 Implementing Jenkins for Continuous Integration
 Automated Several Functional testing using python Scripting language
 Involved in hiring and training the new colleagues

Project Name: Designer Application Server (DAS)
Project Summary: Designer Application server is a web server running in Cloud that will serve the applications for the contact center. DAS is a Nginx server hosted in Multiple cloud technologies like AWS and Azure. DAS server will store the Applications created by Designer in Design time and will serve those Applications to ORS server whenever a
customer calls.
My Responsibilities:
 Designing Test Cases, Execution of the test cases, Results Analyzing and reporting the bugs
 Designing the Sizing guide for the server for different cloud platforms
 Running Load testing for every build and verifying the server withstands the Number of incoming calls deKined in Sizing guide
 DeKining the Resources to be allocated to the Cloud machines on which DAS server is hosted by running Performance testing.
 Responding to Pager duty alarms and solving the customer issues in quick time
 Collaborating with Developers to Design and Develop new test scenarios
 Develop negative test scenarios and document the effect of those test scenarios and suggest solutions to developers
