Responsibilities:
 Involved in ServiceNow Development, Customization and Administration
 Processes/modules deployment of Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level Management, Service Catalog.
 Developing and configuring Business Rules, UIPolicies, Catalog Client Scripts and ClientScripts.
 Creating Workflows for Custom applications Automation.
 ServiceCatalog designing and work flow implementations.
 Configuring of Existing scripts, UIpolicies and UIactions.
 Configuring Users, Groups and Roles.
 Created various notifications at different stages.
 Ability to communicate and interact effectively with the business users/customers
 Implementing the service requests and data changes.
 Work directly with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow.
 Created Buttons and context menus both on form and lists using UI actions.
