Description:

Service Parts Management (SPM) is a suite of software solutions used to manage a complex, global, multi-layer supply chain within the Caterpillar Logistics Inc. The collaborative component used by dealers is Customer Relationship Management.

•Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – The commercial tools used by Caterpillar Logistics and Dealers to manage billing and pricing, claims/complaints and returns.

•Supplier Network Collaboration (SNC) – The commercial tool used by Caterpillar Logistics and Dealers to manage ASN creation for Dealer returns.

Responsibilities:

 Analyze the existing information source
