- Direct hands-on experience on various IT services in Service Now tool like Service Catalog, Requests, Service Now Administration, Problem, Change, Incident, Knowledge Management, Integration, Custom Application.
- Involved in managing system configurations, gathering and documenting user and process requirements, developing workflow customizations, and performing quality assurance testing, user acceptance testing and third-party integration for Service Now platform.
- Experience in configuring and customizing all aspects of Service Now Like UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Data Policy, Script Includes, Dictionary Overrides, Data Dictionary.
- Strong experience in JavaScript used in Client Script, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policy, UI Actions.
- Expertise in creation and publishing knowledge articles in knowledge management
- Experience in managing HI portal support for application.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in a team as well as individually and interacting with development team and business analyst.
- Knowledge of Service Now Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest Service Now features
- Strong working knowledge of software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Testing Methodologies,
- Techniques and good working knowledge on Software Development Methodologies like Agile Scrum and Waterfall
- Proficient Good knowledge on Cross Browser Compatibility and accessibility for Websites/Web Applications.
