Project Remote Patient Health - Service Cloud Description
● Currently most of the healthcare services are delivered through in-person visits made by either patient or caregiver.

● With the help of Salesforce we are proposing a remote patient care model where most common treatments and observations can be made remotely using a digital engagement channel. With advancement of technology, primary care observations, treatments, medical prescriptions, taking vitals or arranging on-site checks are now feasible to perform remotely Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Played a role of Senior Business Analyst for managing projects and coordinating between clients and developers for solution-oriented deployments for a web development company. Duties include managing multiple projects, handling client communication, and ensuring quality and on-time deliverables.

● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Salesforce implementations and integrations.

● Plan, manage, and execute Salesforce projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

● Also played a key role in optimum resource utilization for the stability of the project budget management

● Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, requirements documents, functional specifications, and testing plans.
