- Having 4.5+ years of Professional experience in IT and 3.3+Years of experience in ServiceNow as both ServiceNow Developer and Administrator with having vast experience in ITSM, ITOM, & CSM.
- Experience in development of the applications such as Incident Management, problem management, Change management, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, order guides, Record producers, etc.,
- Design and implement custom applications, modules, and functionalities based on business requirements.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, and UI pages.
- Create and maintain business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
- Design and implement custom applications, modules, and functionalities based on business requirements.
- Write and maintain server-side and client-side scripts using JavaScript.
- Create and optimize script includes, business rules, and UI scripts.
- Implement event-based scripting for automation and customization.
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
- Define and maintain data policies and retention rules.
- Administer the Change Management process and ensure adherence to change policies.
- Coordinate and communicate changes across the organization.
- Provide support to end-users and resolve platform-related issues.
