Drupal Developer June 2010 – July 2022

 I have over 11 years of web development experience. I am an expert in PHP, Drupal (5, 6, 7, 8, 9), WordPress etc. including the development of distinct and independent PHP frameworks. I have agreat working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS 4, PHP and JavaScript/jQuery. I am good at Drupal, with Module Development experience.

 I am accomplished with Drupal including experience in module development and using views,panels, blocks to customize data presentation. I have vast experience in building ecommerce-based websites using sales platforms like WooCommerce, Magento, Drupal Ubercart, Drupal Commerce, Joomla Virtuemart, OpenCart, etc.

PROJECTS

 Software as a Service (SaaS) platform allows staff and members to access resources from any web-enabled device. Pages are displayed in a fully “responsive” design allowing you complete access from any desktop, laptop, iPad, tablet, iPhone or Android device and on any web browser.

 Integrated APIs with Drupal 7.

 Build custom Drupal 7 plugin show data fetched using API in Drupal 7.

 Synchronized Drupal 7 login/register with database.

 Key challenges: provides very limited API parameters to pass on with, so load a very large dataset it will take a lot of API calls. This results into maximum limit issues if a large number of users are using website at a same time. To prevent this, we used APC and Memcached to cache data retrieved from API so if multiple users do same calls, we can show them results from cache and avoid frequent requests to endsoft.

 Drupal 7 custom theme as per design requested by client

 Did some SEO redirects so that old URLs can be redirected to respective new URLs.
