Chartnote Error Detector: Dec 2020 – Nov 2021

• Gathered data from the audit team and analysed the type various type of contradiction in the clinical chartnote using Python. Built chartnote parser which parse data in into section within a second.
• Analysed error text from the error sheets and figured out contradiction pairs, spell errors & taboo word errors in the text.
• Created daily dashboard using Dash which involves fetching the results of contradiction detection errors, spell errors & taboo word errors from SQL database & Google Sheets.
• Created weekly governance dashboard.

Chartnote Reader App Dec 2020 - Jan 2021

• • Created SQL queries and fetched chartnote from SQL database using SQLAlchemy and converted data from HTML to text.
  • Created regex to section various sections and tags in the chartnote.
  • Created Dash app to read the text for the section from the parsed chartnote and push data back to DB,
