- Currently functioning as a Quality Manager for QA Dept.
- Involved in APQP process with CFT during Process Development & Validation phase.
- Involved in Product Technical Feasibility, Supporting in preparation of Costing Sheet through understanding Customer Product Drawing & Requirements.
- Performing Reverse Engineering.
- Involved in development of Process Drawing & Process Design.
- Preparing, Analyzing and Monitoring of PFMEA tool (AIAG 4TH Edition & AIAG+VDA 1ST Edition), DR Document process wise considering Product Drawing, Process Drawing and Tool /Die Design.
- Preparing Control Plan/IPO/PQCS process wise as per customer linking SOP/WI.
- Monitoring Change Request Management (ECN/ICR) internal and external.
- Preparing supplier PPAP/IPP as per customer.
- Responsible for Customer Complaint Closure with CFT as per QMS procedure.
